Crystal’s been pretty much missing for the past couple of years, before her current starring role in “All new inhumans”. I don’t read the Inhuman titles, so maybe it’s been addressed there, but as far as I know the Inhuman / Crystal’s reaction to Pietro’s confession has been non-existent. You could argue that the Inhumans are too busy dealing with the current situation (nuhumans, black bolt detoning the mist bomb and screwing over mutantkind) to really care about something that happened years ago. Also, Pietro was technically already punished for stealing the mists in Silent War: He gets beats up by Black Bolt http://quicksilverfans.tumblr.com/post/74285227328/black-bolt-beats-up-pietro-for-stealing-the and his marriage to Crystal is annulled so that he’s effectively exiled from the Inhumans. And maybe the Inhumans are feeling forgiving because he did return their “slave-making” crystals back to them http://quicksilverfans.tumblr.com/post/78874583680/back-to-mighty-avengers-31-the-inhumans-buy 

I think the biggest reason that the Inhumans’ reaction to Pietro’s lie has never been shown is that the various people at Marvel aren’t interested in telling that story. The events of Silent War are almost 10 years old, and in general, Marvel doesn’t want to dig up old stories for a minor character like Quicksilver. I sincerely believe that if it weren’t for Peter David listening to us fans in All new X-Factor, we would have never gotten Quicksilver admitting his lie and patching things up with his daughter. So at least there’s that, but I sincerely doubt we’ll see the Inhumans deal with Pietro …unless Pietro is against the Inhuman side in Civil War II.
